Yum Jung Ah turns up the charm on Park Hae Joon in “Love, Take Two”!

“Love, Take Two” is a heartwarming comedy drama about 43-year-old single mother Lee Ji An (Yum Jung Ah) and her 23-year-old daughter Lee Hyo Ri (Choi Yoon Ji). The pair moves to the countryside to start a new chapter in their lives, encountering various people and chaotic situations that teach them profound lessons about life.

    Spoilers

In the previous episode, Ji An—having just lost her job—headed to Cheonghae to see her daughter Hyo Ri, only to unexpectedly cross paths with her first love, Ryu Jeong Seok (Park Hae Joon). She also bumped into Mr. Hwang (Jung Man Sik), who had vanished after borrowing money from her. It turned out Hwang had been in unavoidable circumstances. Unable to repay her right away, he offered her the deed to a run-down farmhouse at the base of a mountain. Seeing it as the perfect spot to build Hyo Ri’s dream home, Ji An decided to treat this as the start of a brand-new life for them both.

In newly released stills, Ji An approaches Jeong Seok as a client, having chosen him as the architect to build the house. Armed with both charm and determination, she pleads her case relentlessly—only for Jeong Seok to reject her outright without so much as a moment’s hesitation.

Meanwhile, curious villagers perched in the front row of a tractor look on with amusement, their imaginations running wild as they witness the pair’s subtle push-and-pull. Before long, whispers and misunderstandings snowball into an unexpected scandal across Cheonghae.

Later, when Ji An returns to the future site of “Hyo Ri’s House,” her and Jeong Seok’s reactions couldn’t be more different—Ji An’s eyes sparkle with excitement as though she’s already seeing the finished home, while Jeong Seok remains far more reserved. Will Ji An manage to secure a new home in Cheonghae and rebuild a happy life with her daughter—and will Jeong Seok join them in starting this new chapter?

The next episode of “Love, Take Two” airs on August 11 at 8:50 p.m. KST.
