Upcoming film “My Daughter Is a Zombie” has shared a new sneak peek of Yoon Kyung Ho’s character!

Based on the webtoon of the same name, “My Daughter Is a Zombie” is a heartfelt comedy about a devoted father who goes to extreme lengths to protect his daughter, who is the last surviving zombie on Earth. Jo Jung Suk will star as Jung Hwan, the doting father who secretly attempts to train his zombie daughter.

In the film, Dong Bae may appear rough around the edges, but he is gentle and sincere at heart. He works as a pharmacist in Eunbong Village and is a longtime friend of Jung Hwan. When he learns that Jung Hwan’s daughter Soo Ah (Choi Yu Ri) has become a zombie, he tries to report it out of a strong sense of civic duty. However, he soon finds himself helping Jung Hwan train his zombie daughter, even accompanying them to an amusement park, and gradually becomes a dependable ally to the family.

In real life, Jo Jung Suk and Yoon Kyung Ho are close friends. Their off-screen bond is expected to shine through on screen, bringing genuine chemistry to their roles.

Jo Jung Suk said, “Kyung Ho is my friend! I was so happy to work with him,” sharing his excitement. Yoon Kyung Ho also reflected on the experience, saying, “I was truly glad and excited to work on a project together, but at the same time, I also felt a strong desire not to make any mistakes.”

Meanwhile, director Pil Gam Seong praised Yoon Kyung Ho, who brings relatable humor to the role of Dong Bae. The director said, “He is such a charming actor, it felt like a real discovery. I was captivated by his passion.”

“My Daughter Is a Zombie” will hit theaters on July 30. In the meantime, check out the latest trailer for the film here!
