ENA’s “The Defects” has unveiled an intriguing sneak peek of its upcoming third episode!
Based on a popular webtoon, “The Defects” is a new action thriller about children who have been abandoned by their adoptive parents—and their fight for survival and revenge.

Previously on “The Defects,” Kim Ah Hyun (Won Jin Ah) and the other surviving children who had been returned by their adoptive parents embarked on a vengeful quest to investigate the illegal adoption ring that was trying to kill them.
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Kim Se Hee (Yum Jung Ah)—the evil mastermind who is secretly running the illegal ring while maintaining a facade of respectability—has donned a mysterious and flashy mask. Kim Se Hee stands in the spotlight with her ornate mask and bright red lipstick, piquing curiosity as to why she is appearing in public with her face covered.
Meanwhile, Ah Hyun and Seok Soo (Oh Seung Jun) are seen sneaking into Kim Se Hee’s research complex to gather information about her secret organization. There, they witness something shocking that will lead them one step closer to an unexpected truth.
A final photo captures Jung Hyun (Dex) paying a visit to Han Chul Soo (Lim Jae Myung), the adoptive father who returned Somi (Lee Naeun). In a suspenseful moment, Jung Hyun stares down at Han Chul Soo, who is tied up, with an unreadable expression.
The third episode of “The Defects” will air on July 28 at 10 p.m. KST.
