Upcoming Korean action hero series “Twelve” has unveiled its main trailer!
Inspired by the 12 zodiac animals of the East, “Twelve” tells the story of 12 angels who live among humans in human form to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits. Long ago, the angels barely managed to seal the forces of evil in the gates of hell through their sacrifice, bringing peace. However, with the evil spirits awakening, chaos returns.
The newly released trailer previews the tense showdown between the angels, who possess the powers of the 12 zodiac animals, and the villains intent on engulfing the world in darkness. Although they once defeated these evil forces in a fierce battle long ago, leader Tae San (Ma Dong Seok), the angels’ overseer Ma Rok (Sung Dong Il), and their fellow angels–who lost their comrades and have since lived quietly in human form–now face a new threat as Ogui (Park Hyung Sik) reappears, heralding a crisis that shakes the peace of the world.
Sa Min (Kim Chan Hyung), who has served the forces of evil for centuries, awakens Ogui to restore his immense power and turn the world into hell. Together, they set their sights on Mir (Lee Joo Bin), who possesses the dragon’s soul essential to their plan, and the trailer hints at the dire danger she faces.
The trailer leaves viewers wondering whether Tae San, Ma Rok, and the other angels—Won Seung (Seo In Guk), Do Ni (Go Kyu Pil), Gang Ji (Kang Mina), Jwi Dol (Sung Yoo Bin), Mal Sook (Ahn Ji Hye), and Bang Wool (Regina Lei)—will be able to reclaim their sealed powers to save Mir and once again protect the world from this looming evil.
