JTBC’s upcoming drama “The Nice Guy” has released a new teaser!
“The Nice Guy” is a noir drama that follows Park Seok Chul (Lee Dong Wook), the eldest grandson of a third-generation gangster family with an unexpectedly pure heart, and his first love Kang Mi Young (Lee Sung Kyung), a woman who dreams of becoming a singer.
The teaser highlights the painful yet beautiful love story between Seok Chul and Mi Young. For Seok Chul, who has never once forgotten his first love, Mi Young’s sudden return brings light back into his cold and barren world. Though the two bask in the happiness of their reunion, reality soon throws obstacles in their path.
Mi Young’s tearful question, “Why didn’t you tell me anything?” combined with hints of a hidden past that tore them apart, heightens curiosity. While Mi Young shines brightly on stage, Seok Chul remains burdened by deep scars and hesitates in the shadows. How will Park Seok Chul, who is willing to give up everything to protect what he cherishes, and his first love Kang Mi Young, navigate their bittersweet and heart-wrenching romance?
