tvN’s new dating reality show “Truly Great Person” (literal title) has unveiled its first poster and teasers!
“Truly Great Person” is a dating program where celebrities play matchmakers and introduce their genuinely amazing real-life friends to potential partners.
The newly released poster and teasers reveal the star-studded lineup: Cho Sae Ho, Kang So Ra, Kim Nam Hee, KARA’s Hur Youngji, Lovelyz’s Lee Mijoo, Ji Ye Eun, Kim Young Kwang, and Lee Kwan Hee will appear as celebrity matchmakers, personally setting up their friends who are ready to find love.
The official poster features all eight celebrity matchmakers with the tagline, “A matchmaking reality show featuring friends guaranteed by the stars.” Each celebrity also holds tags highlighting their friends’ standout traits, such as “friend who looks like Gong Yoo,” “friend who has it all,” and more.
In the first teaser, Cho Sae Ho is putting up a flyer that reads “Looking for a partner for my friend,” while Ji Ye Eun reads it curiously. Another teaser shows Kim Nam Hee and Kang So Ra proudly talking about their friends: “My friend looks like an idol dancer and is so sweet and caring,” says Kim Nam Hee, while Kang So Ra remarks, “My friend is really pure and cute.”
“Truly Great Person” will premiere on August 3 at 7:50 p.m. KST.
