Channel A’s upcoming drama “My Lovely Journey” has unveiled its fourth teaser, building anticipation ahead of the premiere!
Based on a bestselling Japanese novel by Maha Harada, “My Lovely Journey” follows Kang Yeo Reum (Gong Seung Yeon), a former idol-turned-travel reporter who has never been the center of attention in her life. As she takes on travel assignments on behalf of others, she embarks on a journey of self-discovery, coming to understand the true meaning of success and life.
The new video starts by portraying Yeo Reum’s bleak and uncertain life following the cancellation of her program. Just as she hits rock bottom, aspiring film director Lee Yeon Seok (Kim Jae Young) proposes a new idea: to collaborate and launch a unique travel agency under Ogu Entertainment, where a reporter travels in place of clients.
Initially, Yeo Reum dislikes the idea, disheartened by how far it seems from her dreams of working in broadcasting and acting. However, Ogu Entertainment’s CEO Oh Sang Sik (Yoo Joon Sang) offers her encouragement, telling her, “This isn’t broadcasting—it’s a journey.”
The teaser goes on to introduce a variety of clients, each with a heartfelt story of their own. As Yeo Reum travels to different destinations on their behalf, she encounters new people and experiences set against breathtaking backdrops. With every step, she grows more vibrant and determined. What kind of happiness and meaning Yeo Reum will discover along the journey remains to be seen in the upcoming drama.
