Song Ji Hyo will be returning to the small screen for a special appearance!
On July 11, MyDaily reported that Song Ji Hyo will be making a special appearance in the upcoming Amazon original drama “The Confidence Man KR” (working title).
In response to the report, a representative from “The Confidence Man KR” confirmed, “It is true that Song Ji Hyo will be making a special appearance.”
A Korean adaptation of the 2018 Japanese comedy drama “The Confidence Man JP,” “The Confidence Man KR” will tell the story of three con artists with extraordinary talents as they pull off elaborate scams targeting villains from all walks of life. Earlier, it was confirmed that Park Min Young will star as Yoon Yi Rang, the leader of a con artist group with a genius-level intellect.
The drama is Korea’s first Amazon original series and has completed filming all 12 episodes.
Notably, this marks Song Ji Hyo’s return to dramas for the first time in three years since her special appearance in tvN’s “Sh**ting Stars” in 2022.
