It has been confirmed that SEVENTEEN’s Dino has purchased a premium apartment complex in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
This purchase has also garnered much attention in the real estate market as it set the record for the highest price in the area.
According to the court registry on June 25, Dino purchased the 195㎡ unit at the Galleria Foret for ₩9.00 billion KRW (about $6.63 million USD) in February. The transfer of ownership was completed early this month.
It was confirmed that a commercial bank set the mortgage of around ₩9.10 billion KRW (about $6.70 million USD) on the copy of the real estate register. With the usual maximum bond amount generally 110-120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that Dino received a loan of about ₩5.60 billion KRW (about $4.13 million USD).
The Galleria Foret is a representative high-end apartment complex built in 2011. This complex, along with the Trimage and Acro Seoul Forest, is considered the key buildings in transforming Seongsu into a new affluent neighborhood.
This complex has 230 households with 45 stories above ground and seven stories underground.
It is also home to many top stars, including Han Ye Seul, Kim Soo Hyun, G-Dragon, and more.
