tvN’s upcoming drama “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” has dropped more glimpses of Girls’ Generation’s Lim YoonA in character!
Based on a popular web novel, “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” is a fantasy romance drama starring YoonA as Yeon Ji Young, an award-winning French chef who winds up traveling 500 years back into the past. There, she meets despotic king Lee Heon (Lee Chae Min), who is known as the worst of tyrants—and who also happens to be a discerning gourmet.
In the newly released stills, Yeon Ji Young is seen mysteriously transported to the royal kitchen of the distant past, sparking curiosity about how this unexpected situation unfolds.
Dressed in the traditional attire of a sooksoo—a royal chef responsible for preparing food during palace feasts—Yeon Ji Young displays commanding charisma as she leads the royal kitchen staff. She asserts her authority as head chef while preparing a royal meal with a solemn expression, inspecting ingredients with a focused gaze, and warming up her hands before cooking.
