Lee Jong Suk is about to go on the defensive on tvN’s “Law and The City”!
“Law and The City” is a new drama that follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae)—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives.

Previously on “Law and The City,” Ahn Ju Hyeong and Kang Hui Ji met again in Seocho 10 years after their chance encounter in Hong Kong. As they got over an initial misunderstanding and grew closer while spending time together, the two lawyers began to gradually change and influence one another in meaningful ways—and their bickering soon gave way to the rekindling of old feelings from a decade ago.
In the next episode of the drama, an awkward situation will arise when Ahn Ju Hyeong attends a high school reunion for the first time in a long while. When the other “law-vengers” show up at the reunion, one of Ahn Ju Hyeong’s former classmates takes notice of Kang Hui Ji and asks to be set up on a date with her.
Adding to the tension of the moment is the fact that Kim Ji Seok (Yoon Kyun Sang), who is both Ahn Ju Hyeong’s high school classmate and Bae Mun Jeong’s husband, is suspicious of the relationship between Ahn Ju Hyeong and Kang Hui Ji. Under Kim Ji Seok’s watchful eye, an already uncomfortable Ahn Ju Hyeong becomes even more nervous as he attempts to ward off the classmate who is interested in Kang Hui Ji.
Using the silver tongue and crisis management skills that he has honed over his nine-year legal career, Ahn Ju Hyeong does everything he can to fend off his new romantic rival. However, his desperate attempts to keep his interested classmate away from Kang Hui Ji are hilariously transparent, and not only Kang Hui Ji but also Bae Mun Jeong watch the situation unfold with amusement.
