tvN’s upcoming drama “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” has unveiled new stills of King Lee Chae Min!
Based on a popular web novel, “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” is a fantasy romance drama starring Lim Yoona as Yeon Ji Young, an award-winning French chef who winds up traveling 500 years back into the past. There, she meets despotic king Lee Heon (Lee Chae Min), who is known as the worst of tyrants—and who also happens to be a discerning gourmet.
Though Lee Heon possesses all the makings of a great ruler, his hot temper and prickly nature—paired with his ruthless rule—have earned him the reputation of a tyrant. Distrusting everyone in the palace, he shows warmth and generosity only to those he considers truly “his people,” leaving the royal court in constant anxiety, trying to read his every move.
The newly revealed stills perfectly capture Lee Heon’s overwhelming charisma. In one shot, his cold, sharp gaze scans the surroundings with quiet authority. In another, he clutches a spoon with a chilling intensity, his piercing stare enough to freeze the atmosphere around him.
But behind the terrifying exterior lies a surprising contrast. When stripped of his royal garb and seen in more relaxed palace attire, Lee Heon reveals a softer, almost seductive side.
