tvN’s upcoming drama “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” has dropped new stills featuring Lee Chae Min!
Based on a popular web novel, “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” is a fantasy romance drama starring Lim YoonA as Yeon Ji Young, an award-winning French chef who winds up traveling 500 years back into the past. There, she meets despotic king Lee Heon (Lee Chae Min), who is known as the worst of tyrants—and who also happens to be a discerning gourmet.
Lee Chae Min plays Lee Heon, a prince of the Yeonhui lineage with an extraordinary sense of taste. Lee Heon has exceptional talent, wisdom, and boldness, making him well qualified to become a great king. However, his fiery temper and prickly personality, along with his deep distrust of everyone in the palace and his reliance solely on his own judgment, cause him to rule with tyranny, earning him the reputation of a tyrant.
In particular, Lee Heon not only rejects anyone outside his inner circle but also distrusts the food they prepare, placing intense pressure on the royal chefs responsible for preparing food during palace feasts. With a refined palate capable of detecting even the subtlest differences in flavor, Lee Heon trusts his own senses more than the head court lady in charge of royal cuisine. The newly released stills reveal a day in the life of the fearsome tyrant Lee Heon, whose very presence spreads fear in every direction. One moment, he commands royal authority while seated on a lavish throne, and the next, he reveals his madness by flipping the royal table, leaving palace attendants frozen in fear.
Lee Heon’s cold expression as he aims his bow at his prey while on horseback adds to the tension. Wielding absolute power under the name of king, Prince Lee Heon of the Yeonhui lineage commands attention as he spreads fear throughout the royal court.
Attention is also focused on Lee Chae Min’s bold transformation as he takes on his first role as a king since his debut. Known for winning over viewers with youthful romance roles, Lee Chae Min is set to make a strong impression by portraying the menacing face of a king, using his deep voice, and steady gaze to bring the character to life.

“Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” will premiere in August.
