ILLIT recently released their music video for “Do the Dance.” Their latest hit is a whimsical melodic tune with a cat motif.
The members go through their day dancing to an addictive choreography. Moka looks gorgeous in pink.

Minju looks luscious as she flies through the sky.

Iroha looks adorable with a waved bob.

Wonhee is as cute as ever.

Yunah slayed the cat-ear beanie.

With the Korean title being “Borrowed Cat,” it is no wonder that many parts of the music video, costume, and choreography are symbolic of cats. Netizens found the title interesting, but felt that the song was lacklustre.

- Why is the result produced by a large company like this all the time?
- Passing on this one…
- The song isn’t catchy, but the MV is actually well taken. Not sure about the song.
- The MV sucks but the song is cute.
- I like the song though. It reminds me of animation songs from Magial DoReMi.
It seems like netizens are highly divided on the comeback. Take a listen to it yourself here.
