She shared her injuries and more.
Previously, SM Entertainment staff and Hearts2Hearts bodyguard triggered backlash with his violent behavior at the airport.

The security guard assaulted a fan when she walked close to the members at the airport. The incident immediately went viral for being overly aggressive and dangerous.

Recently, the fan has spoken out and shared the extent of her injuries.
To the Dream With Us security: I’ve decided not to file a lawsuit, so there’s no need to make up stories or issue any official statements. You did well.
I was diagnosed with cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, sprain and contusion of the right upper arm, and sprain and contusion of the head. A four-week recovery period. But it’s fine.
Even though I wasn’t pushed repeatedly from the airport entrance, and there wasn’t even an attempt at physical contact. It’s fine.
My arm bone is cracked, and there’s bleeding in my brain, but still, it’s fine.— @neverwithmelt/Twitter

Despite this, she refuses to press charges as to not harm the group’s reputation.
I’m only 20 years old. Yes, I made some mistakes too…
But honestly, don’t you think there’s something off about treating a 20-year-old girl like she’s some kind of dangerous criminal being arrested and then putting out a statement like that, as if nothing’s wrong?
Both the lawyers, the doctors, and even the lead investigator told me I should press charges. But I’m choosing not to, not because I think what the security did was justified self-defense, but because I don’t want the artist to get hate.— @neverwithmelt/Twitter

Netizens left a slew of comments in support of the young fan. While many disagreed with her decision not to press charges, they also understand.
- “Wow… those bruises…”
- “I’m a fan of someone too, so I understand her feelings, but I really hope she doesn’t put the idol’s well-being above her own. It just breaks my heart. Those injuries must’ve hurt so much… She’s only 20, still so young, just imagine how much it must’ve hurt, and how terrifying it must’ve been to be overpowered by an adult man. And with idols watching, and other people staring… the psychological toll too… I hope she avoids reading reactions for a while, takes time to process, and eventually decides to press charges. She’s like my dongsaeng and this just hurts to see.”
- “Insane.”
- “At that age, it’s totally understandable to be overwhelmed. A friend of mine was randomly attacked on the street when they were younger and couldn’t respond out of fear…”
- “Suing someone is easier said than done. It’s exhausting and stressful, not to mention the legal fees and how long it takes. If she doesn’t want to, people shouldn’t pressure her. I just feel so bad for that fan.”
- “Wow, SM lying like that is seriously disgusting. Compensate the victim immediately.”
- “Everyone keeps saying ‘just sue’ like it’s nothing. It’s not that easy. If you’re so eager, why don’t you do it for her?”
- “She’s young, and this could lead to long-term issues like a herniated disc or other aftereffects. I really hope she sues, at least to get compensation for medical treatment. I genuinely hope her parents help her through this.”
