Actors under the GMMTV label have been criticized for their recent actions.
On November 8, the TikTok Awards Thailand 2025 took place, honoring creators for their content over the past year. Along with influencers, many celebrities earned nominations and awards for the content they created, including several actors.
Before the show even began, attendees walked the event’s “black” carpet and posed for photos.
Actors and actresses under GMMTV, a television production and talent agent subsidiary, also walked the carpet for the event and ended up taking a group photo together. Clips showing the six actresses moving in front of the male actors and kneeling have since gained traction online.

A full shot shows the actresses kneeling, with the actors standing behind them and the mascots for various couples standing on either side.
Netizens attacked the actors for their lack of action, saying some of the male actors should have kneeled instead of the women wearing dresses. Some have accused the actors and the label of misogyny and sexism over this incident.
