BTS‘s V has given an unexpected update on his weight during a recent live broadcast following his military discharge.
Before enlisting in December 2023, V had stated in a live broadcast that one of his goals during his military service was to reach a weight of 86 KG. When a fan asked about his progress, he confirmed he had achieved his target and was maintaining it.

On June 10, V and RM were discharged from the army.
After being discharged, V and RM did a live broadcast for fans.
During the live, V honestly shared some TMI about his weight during his military enlistment and his current weight. The idol explained that while he started at 61 KG, it was known to fans that he got to 80 KG, but he added that upon his discharge, that he had lost a lot of that weight.
Netizens even shared the clip of V saying how he’d managed to lose the weight.
