K-Pop fans and idols alike are jumping on the KPop Demon Hunters bandwagon! This new Sony animated movie follows a trio of female idols who sing by day and slay demons by night. When a new threat arises (demons disguised as a rival boy group, the Saja Boys), HUNTR/X‘s Rumi is forced to confront her own personal demons.
Recently, BTS‘s Jungkook, who completed his mandatory military service in June, hosted a live broadcast to catch up with ARMY. During it, he reacted to KPop Demon Hunters, sang one of its most popular songs, and more.

While singing the Saja Boys’ “Soda Pop,” Jungkook pointed out what seems to be a pronunciation error. “In the lyrics, it’s supposed to be ‘seonge chajiana’ but it’s ‘seonge jachiana’” he said. “Seems like it was recorded backwards.” 성에 차지 않아 (seong-e chaji ana), which means “It’s not enough,” appears in the first verse.

One netizen pointed out that these lyrics were pronounced correctly in the demo version, but not the studio version that plays in the movie.
