K-pop fans are buzzing as ‘Baby DONT Cry’ (also referred to as “BDC”), the first-ever girl group launched by PSY’s label P NATION, steps into the spotlight with a fresh and visually bold identity. On June 15 at midnight (KST), the group released two striking concept photos via their official SNS channels, offering a taste of their eclectic charm and confident flair.
The group, which consists of members Yihyun, Kumi, Mia, and Beni, immediately caught attention with their fearless styling. In the first image, all four members sported heart-shaped sunglasses and chic expressions, radiating a blend of attitude and poise. Shot in a polaroid style, the image evoked nostalgic vibes while the signature cherry-red backdrop, chosen as the team’s key color, emphasized a kitschy yet refined mood. The result: a standout introduction to the group’s unique visual identity.

The second photo, styled around a mirror selfie concept, captured the members posing in front of a large mirror. Their playful, youthful energy was palpable, with Yihyun’s doll-like visuals as she glanced over her shoulder into the camera earning particular praise from fans and netizens alike.

Meanwhile, ‘Baby DONT Cry’ is more than just a visual powerhouse. As the first girl group crafted under PSY’s artistic direction, the team aims to shake up the K-pop scene with music driven by self-confidence and sincerity. P NATION has teased an upcoming title content release on June 16 titled “If you miss this moment, you’ll regret it,” heightening anticipation for their official debut on June 23.
