Out of curiosity, I went back to see the last time I was genuinely excited about a Stray Kids track (ie: rated it an 8.5 or higher), and that turned out to be all the way back in 2022 with their Mixtape track Time Out (which wasn’t really promoted beyond a music video). Since then, it feels as if the group has solidified their sound and catered almost exclusively to that. This is a brilliant way of feeding fans but makes their output much more frustrating for those of us who haven’t enjoyed this particular brand of Stray Kids music.…
I remember a time where male idols went off to serve their mandatory military conscription and didn’t (or weren’t allowed?) to promote during this hiatus. Nowadays, it’s common for these idols to pre-record entire albums and videos to dole out while they’re away. The only thing that’s missing are music show performances! Cha Eunwoo enlisted earlier this year but we get a new solo album from him today alongside funky title track Saturday Preacher. “Saturday Preacher” is a very interesting title. I thought maybe it was an established phrase, but Google yields no results. I guess the intension is that…

If the premiere episodes of “Moon River” were about setting the plot, episodes 3 and 4 brought Dal I (Kim Se Jeong) and Crown Prince Lee Gang (Kang Tae Oh) close enough that if it were not for their circumstances, they would have started the Joseon-Dynasty-equivalent of dating by now. While we might have to wait a little longer to see them confess their undying love to each other, seeing their journey to re-find their love is worth the wait. Here are four moments where our main characters got closer during the said journey. Trigger warning: following content contains images…
