On June 25, Bo Young attended the 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards handprinting event.
During the interview, Shin Dong Yup requested that Park Bo Young star on the controversial show, and while the actress seemingly said she would think about it, the comedian went on to “confirm” it but added that the timing was undecided.

Yet, the reason the request sparked criticism was due to SNL Korea’s controversial reputation, including backlash for explicit and inappropriate sketches featuring top K-Drama stars.
