“Omniscient Reader” has dropped more stills ahead of the premiere!
Based on the popular web novel of the same name, “Omniscient Reader” will tell the story of Kim Dok Ja (Ahn Hyo Seop), who suddenly finds himself living in the world of a fantasy novel he was reading. Armed with the knowledge of what happened in the novel, Kim Dok Ja sets out to save the world from ending. Lee Min Ho stars as Yoo Joong Hyuk, the protagonist from the novel that Kim Dok Ja read.
The newly released stills depict the characters fighting to survive the various “scenarios” in their own way.
Struggling to overcome obstacles with his comrades as fiction becomes reality, Kim Dok Ja uses his special “omniscient reader’s viewpoint” skill to grow stronger. Meanwhile, Yoo Joong Hyuk—the main character of the novel “Three Ways to Survive in a Ruined World”—exudes charisma befitting of a protagonist with overwhelming strength and skills.
Yoo Sang Ah (Chae Soo Bin), who was together with Kim Dok Ja the moment the novel became reality, appears to be facing danger head-on in her still, while Lee Gil Young (Kwon Eun Seong) helps to cover the ears of a frightened Lee Hyun Sung (Shin Seung Ho), raising intrigue for the great dangers they will face. Jung Hee Won (Nana) and Lee Ji Hye (BLACKPINK’s Jisoo) also raise anticipation for the powerful action they will showcase with their exceptional skills.
Finally, with Kim Dok Ja at the head, Yoo Sang Ah, Lee Hyun Sung, Jung Hee Won, and Lee Gil Young become a tight-knit team as they face unexpected dangers—raising anticipation for whether Kim Dok Ja will be able to rewrite the ending and find a way to survive together.
