    “Condom Controversy” 5th Gen Girl Group’s Agency Addresses Shocking Teasers

    P NATION has officially addressed the growing controversy surrounding the debut teaser of their new girl group, Baby DONT Cry.

    On June 20, KST, the group released the first teaser for their debut single “F Girl.” In the clip, one of the members is seen walking up to a store counter, placing a small packet down, and popping what appears to be candy into her mouth. However, viewers quickly pointed out that the packaging strongly resembled a condom wrapper, sparking immediate backlash. 

    Combined with the provocative title “F Girl” and the group’s youthful image, the teaser raised serious concerns online.

    In response, P NATION released a full statement addressing the issue and apologizing to those who were uncomfortable with the content.

    According to the agency, the teaser was meant to deliver a bold but playful message about rejecting imposed standards and embracing oneself.

    We deeply regret any discomfort or concern this may have caused, and we offer our heartfelt apologies to those affected.

    “F Girl” contains the message of embracing one’s authentic self and moving beyond externally imposed standards, such as A-F letter grades or labels.

    They emphasized that the full music video does not contain any provocative or suggestive scenes, but they decided to take further action in response to the backlash.

    The opening scene of “F Girl” teaser 1 was intended to convey a playful and rebellious tone through imagery such as chewing gum and holding a lollipop. We express with the utmost clarity that there was never any intent to sexualize this scene. Furthermore, we affirm that the full music video contains no provocative or sexualized content of any kind.

    Nevertheless, in order to avoid further misunderstanding or concern, and with full respect for the feedback received from our audience, we have made the decision to remove the scene in question from the “F Girl” music video.

    They also addressed the use of cherries in the group’s concept, which some interpreted negatively due to cultural associations.
