The controversy surrounding now former THE BOYZ’s member Ju Haknyeon, is drawing public attention to the Japanese former pornstar, Asuka Kirara.
Asuka Kirara was born in 1998 and debuted in the adult video industry in 2007. In 2009, she won the Actress and HD Award at the Sky PerfecTV! Adult Broadcasting Awards.
She even held fan meetings in Korea in October 2017 and November 2018, and she won a special award in the Overseas Model category at the 11th Korea Arts and Culture Awards in July 2023.
She recently became a hot topic as her private meeting with idol member Ju Haknyeon was revealed. It was reported that the two met at a bar in Tokyo with acquaintances on May 30.
With suspicions of prostitution raised online, the controversy began to spread.
In response, Joo Haknyeon posted a handwritten apology letter online, admitting to being present at the location, but denied any allegations regarding prostitution or illegal acts.

The two were reportedly spotted together in Singapore, which Inoo Kei’s agency quickly defended. Kirara’s agency also supported the statement and has stayed silent.
