Popular Rising Actor’s Extreme Diet Goes Viral

In the recent episode of tvN’s You Quiz On The Block, actor Choo Young Woo appeared as a guest and shared his story.

In particular, he garnered much attention for his extreme diet method due to his desperation to be on the stage.

He shocked viewers by revealing that for a year, his daily meal was only a pack of nuts. He lost a whopping 25 kg, from 86 kg to 64 kg.

He went from 86 kg to 64 kg by eating a pack of nuts daily. His persistence is incredible. He really does what he says he’s going to do.

This isn’t something great, it’s stupid. This is a shortcut to ruining your health.

 

He also revealed the shock he felt while attending hagwon (cram schools).

I was shocked when I went to Hagwon. Everyone acted with red eyes and sang so loudly that the ground shook, and I thought I was in big trouble.

He recalled crying that day because he felt that he didn’t have any special skills and couldn’t dance. He even blamed himself and thought, “Did I make an irresponsible choice?”

But he didn’t stop there. He practiced at the academy, dance halls, and parking lots from when he opened his eyes to when he fell asleep. He lost weight by eating only a pack of nuts due to desperation.

As a result, he was accepted into three major universities, proving that his efforts paid off.
