“She really couldn’t give up the luxury brand…”
On June 18, 2025 (KST), NJZ (formerly known as NewJeans) member Danielle appeared at OMEGA‘s AquaTerra launch event in Kyoto, Japan, as the brand’s ambassador. This appearance comes amid the girl group’s “hiatus” triggered by the ongoing feud with ADOR, and K-Pop fans are now feeling more confused and less impressed.
Danielle, dressed in a cute blonde bob and an elegant off-shoulder dress, was spotted interacting with several magazines, including ELLE Japan and Harper’s Bazaar Hong Kong.
As photos and videos from the event began circulating online, K-Pop fans couldn’t help but ask the burning questions: Was Danielle “allowed” to be there? Or would she have to pay a fine? Had she and/or NJZ gone back to ADOR? After all the “beef” at court, what was going to happen?

…fans expressed bitterness at the idea of Danielle doing a high-end brand event without clarifying where the group stood with the agency.
