SBS’s “The Winning Try” has shared a tense sneak peek ahead of tonight’s episode!
“The Winning Try” is a new drama starring Yoon Kye Sang as Joo Ga Ram, a former rugby star who falls from grace due to a doping scandal. After he returns to his alma mater as the new coach of its rugby team, which is ranked last in the country, he leads the underdog squad on a quest to win the National Sports Festival.

In the newly released stills, the Hanyang Physical Education High School shooting team is locked in fierce competition for national team selection. Bae Yi Ji (Im Se Mi), Seo Woo Jin (Park Jung Yeon), and Na Seol Hyun (Sung Zi Young) don shooting goggles, their sharp, focused gazes radiating tension.
Bae Yi Ji stands out with the poise of a seasoned veteran. Three years ago, she was the best shooter—but on the day of the national trials, she gave up competing after Joo Ga Ram unexpectedly announced his retirement and disappeared. Meanwhile, rising ace Woo Jin captures the crowd’s attention. Previously, during Moon Woong’s (Kim Dan) special admission test, she made waves with her bold “zero shots” stunt—deliberately missing every target in a powerful, girl-crush-worthy moment. With the national team spot now on the line, viewers are eager to see Woo Jin unleash her full potential in this high-stakes showdown.
