tvN’s upcoming drama “Love, Take Two” has released a new poster teasing the chemistry between Yum Jung Ah and Park Hae Joon!
“Love, Take Two” is a heartwarming comedy drama about a mismatched duo: a 43-year-old single mother and her 23-year-old medical student daughter. The pair moves to the countryside to start a new chapter in their lives, encountering various people and chaotic situations that teach them profound lessons about life.
Yum Jung Ah plays Lee Ji An, a single mother who has always faced life head-on, with confidence as her greatest strength. She is a construction site manager who commands authority on the job, but becomes endlessly gentle when it comes to her daughter, Lee Hyo Ri (Choi Yoon Ji).
Park Hae Joon plays Ryu Jung Seok, a prickly architect and Lee Ji An’s first love. He is a single father living with his son, Ryu Bo Hyun (Kim Min Kyu). Though usually calm and cold, he becomes completely disarmed in front of Lee Ji An.
The newly released poster shows Lee Ji An unsteadily riding a bicycle with Ryu Jung Seok reliably standing by her side. Their innocent, youthful vibe, reminiscent of a boy and girl from a bygone era, evokes nostalgia and brings a smile to viewers’ faces.
Above all, the phrase “Just when it felt like everything was downhill, first love came rushing in” heightens anticipation for Lee Ji An’s reunion with Ryu Jung Seok, who was the first person to make her heart flutter. After racing through life without looking back, Lee Ji An reaches a turning point in the middle of her journey when she meets her first love, Ryu Jung Seok, once again.
The production team commented, “Everyone holds fond memories about their ‘first, love,’ and a lingering memory of a ‘first love.’ Among those, the romance that follows the reunion between Lee Ji An and Ryu Jung Seok, which stirs nostalgia and memories of first love, will offer a new and different kind of entertainment.”
