Upcoming weekend drama “Our Golden Days” has unveiled a new poster!
“Our Golden Days” is a generational family drama built around the idea that everyone has their own golden era—be it in the past, present, or future. The story explores how people encounter and reflect on those meaningful moments in life.
The newly released family poster grabs attention with a striking image of Lee Ji Hyuk (Jung Il Woo) and Lee Sang Chul (Chun Ho Jin) locked in an intense gaze during an arm wrestling match. The unrelenting power struggle between Ji Hyuk and Sang Chul clearly reveals the conflict between two individuals with opposing values on marriage, heightening tension.
Behind them, Park Sung Jae (Yoon Hyun Min), Kim Da Jung (Kim Hee Jung), Lee Soo Bin (Shin Soo Hyun), and Lee Ji Wan (Son Sang Yeon) are seen cheering from opposing sides, while Ji Eun Oh (Jung In Sun) serves as the referee, creating a compelling visual. The characters, observing the evenly matched showdown with either concern or curiosity, vividly express their personalities through a single poster image.
Notably, the phrase was changed from “generation conflict” to “generation empathy,” suggesting that their differences ultimately lead to understanding and connection. This shift hints at the heartwarming family story the drama aims to deliver and draws attention to what lies ahead.
The production team remarked, “The arm wrestling scene between Jung Il Woo and Chun Ho Jin represents one of the drama’s central themes: generational conflict. While different generations may clash and face disagreements, the series will ultimately portray a warm, understanding family. We hope viewers will take great interest.”
“Our Golden Days” will premiere on August 9 at 8 p.m. KST following the conclusion of “For Eagle Brothers.”
