Actress Chae Jung An, best known for her unforgettable role in the hit K-Drama Coffee Prince, married in 2005, but their marriage did not last long, and she filed for divorce in June 2007.
Since then, after one public relationship in 2012, Chae Jung An has not been dating (as far as her fans know). And in the latest video on S#ARP member Lee Jihye‘s YouTube channel, the actress revealed her firm thoughts on dating and remarrying.
When Lee Jihye asked if she still had no plans of finding a new man, Chae Jung An said she would not be getting married again. In fact, her priorities were somewhere else:

Lee Jihye: Here’s what I think. I think that if you wanted to, you could… But do you still not want to get remarried at all? I’m curious.
Chae Jung An: Are you trying to put me on Love After Divorce?
Lee Jihye: No, no. I’m just curious since you’re so pretty.
Chae Jung An: Oh, because I’m pretty…? But I definitely don’t want to get remarried.
Lee Jihye: Really?
Chae Jung An: Really. In fact, these days, I’m preparing for my own death.
Lee Jihye: …What?!
While the idea threw Lee Jihye off for a second, Chae Jung An explained that her end goal is to become an independent senior citizen who can take care of herself—preferably one that is popular.
I mean that I’m trying to move away from my maximalist lifestyle… If I were to pass away out of the blue, who is going to take care of all the stuff I leave behind? You know?
But I’m still paying into the national pension and also contributing to a retirement savings plan. My goal is… I want to move into a nice senior community. I want to be the most hottest one there.

Sounds like Chae Jung An has it all figured out, and given how ageless she looks for her age, the “Ace Grandma” spot is guaranteed!
