Mun Ka Young is about to face her first crisis at her new job in “Law and The City”!
tvN’s “Law and The City” is a new drama that follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae)—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives. These salaried lawyers, employed by law firms, commute each day to the bustling legal district of Seocho.
Previously on “Law and The City,” Kang Hui Ji got off to a smooth start at her new job after succeeding in being hired at the law firm Johwa.
Due to her passion for her work and her excitement about learning new things, Kang Hui Ji willingly throws herself into new and unfamiliar lawsuits even if she has no experience with them. So when she is assigned to a highly difficult medical lawsuit, Kang Hui Ji burns with passion and determination to do a good job.
However, due to the case’s difficulty and her lack of experience, no matter how carefully Kang Hui Ji pores over the medical records and evidence, things don’t seem to go the way she expects. When Kang Hui Ji is caught off guard in court by an unexpected curveball, she is unable to hide her shock as she finds herself at a loss for how to proceed.
Seeing Kang Hui Ji drained of her spirit so soon after joining her new firm, Ahn Ju Hyeong is unable to just stand by and watch. Although he pretends to be aloof and uncaring on the outside, Ahn Ju Hyeong still comes to Kang Hui Ji’s rescue, using all of the know-how he has accumulated over the past nine years to provide essential help in her moment of need.
