With no surprise, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo will be hosting this year’s Blue Dragon Series Awards!
The pair will return as MCs for the fourth Blue Dragon Series Awards, marking their fourth consecutive year. Since taking the stage as the inaugural hosts in 2022, Jun Hyun Moo and YoonA have become the iconic faces of the event. They have been praised for their polished and natural delivery. This year, their steady presence and strong chemistry are once again expected to elevate the ceremony.
Jun Hyun Moo, a veteran host known for his work across variety shows, cultural programs and award ceremonies, shared his thoughts on returning as MC. He said, “In an era when streaming series are at the forefront of K-culture, it is an honor to host the Blue Dragon Series Awards every year, which stands at the heart of it.”
He continued, “Coincidentally, the first year I hosted the Blue Dragon Series Awards was also when the focus of content began shifting toward streaming series. As the ceremony continues to grow into a leading force in this cultural trend, I will take on my role with an even greater sense of responsibility and duty. I hope viewers look forward to the fantastic chemistry I will share once again this year with YoonA, who is sure to shine even brighter.”
YoonA, a global artist loved by fans around the world for her performances in acting, music, and variety shows, also expressed her excitement about returning as host. She commented, “The Blue Dragon Series Awards always excites me because I can meet the main characters of various series that have received much love over the past year. It is even more meaningful, and I am truly grateful, to be able to serve as MC for the fourth time since the beginning of this event, which has grown into a true celebration of the industry.”
She added, “As a host again this year, I will do my best to deliver the excitement and positive energy of the event to viewers.”
