The report stated that the two were introduced through a mutual acquaintance and had gradually developed a romantic relationship. Despite their 10-year age gap — Chaeyoung being 24 and Zion.T 34 at the time — the couple were said to share a close bond, often going on casual, public dates in areas like Hannam-dong and Yeonhui-dong. JYP Entertainment quickly confirmed the dating news after it broke.
