Recently, a fourth-gen idol detailed his surprising one-week weight loss plan.
Many have become aware of GHOST9‘s Prince from his often humorous video updates. The idol is known for being brutally honest about his life as an idol, sometimes revealing the not-so-glamorous aspects of it all.

In a video shared in June, the idol revealed he would be working on his “summer body” by going on a diet. He mentions that dieting is voluntary, but that he will do these for a photoshoot or comeback.
According to Prince, his diet consists of eating only one chicken breast a day.
In typical Prince humor, he does miss “starting” his diet for several days as he gets invited out to eat, but he does mention that he was fasting 23 hours out of the day.
For the final three days he follows his chicken breast diet, also revealing that he spends two hours in the gym every day, dedicating an hour to cardio and lifting weights. In the end, after sharing the supplements that he takes, Prince reveals that his week long (technically 3 day) diet has resulted in a weight loss of 5KG (around 11 pounds.)
It is usually suggested that an individual lose 1-2 lbs a week for healthy weight loss, while also factoring in recovery days from working out. This, along with the simplicity of his one day meal, surprised many viewers, who showed concern.
